Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing the course, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that you notify us within 7 days of purchase and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue.
Course Quality: If you believe the course content does not meet the advertised standards, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. In such cases, we may require specific feedback on why the course did not meet your expectations.

Non-Refundable Cases:

Course Completion: If you have completed more than 10% of the course content, no refund will be provided.
